Arora Suite

This stunning versatile event space can accommodate up to 850 guests for dinner, 1300 in a theatre style for a meeting, or subdivide into 7 sections and be highly flexible to any meeting or event.

The Arora Suite is an exceptional venue for large conferences, social events, and celebrations. This spacious meeting room spans over 1300 sqm and offers a versatile layout. The room can be fully customised with 12 pre-set colour settings to suit any occasion. Additionally, the Arora Suite boasts an airy foyer perfect for pre/post-dinner drinks and a private bar for added convenience.

Arora Theatre

A stunning theatre-style meeting room with comfortable leather seats and soundproof surroundings. Perfect for corporate presentations, speeches and new launches. The private entrance makes this room ideal for introducing speakers or VIP guests.

This purpose-built tiered theatre can accommodate 117 delegates in theatre or classroom style. The Arora Theatre has in-built audio-visual equipment. It is also equipped with removable presentation lectern and a fixed or a wireless microphone.
Delegates are welcome to use the Arora Theatre Foyer for breaks.

The New York Suite

The New York Suite offers two separate rooms and comes equipped with AV technology, including a screen, ceiling-mounted projector, and touchscreen remote control. Additionally, there is an in-room tea/coffee station in the New York private foyer just outside the room, which can be used for breaks. This spacious meeting room is flexible, allowing for various layout styles and is perfect for medium-sized groups. It’s an ideal space for corporate meetings, seminars, or workshops.
