Situated in the heart of the hotel, the Tea Salon is an oasis of tranquillity and refinement. Our Head Pastry Chef, Tanuj Sharma, also known as TJ, presents an exquisite Spring and Summer Afternoon Tea, blending seasonal flavours with creative flair. As the winner of Bake Off The Professionals 2024, TJ’s passion for fine pastry shines through in every delicate creation, offering a truly inviting and memorable experience. This luxurious and bespoke afternoon tea menu combines the exotic aromas of Jing Tea with delicious pastries and open sandwiches inspired by global flavours.

Learn about the Hunan Province of China, one of the best-known tea-producing regions in the world.  Twenty six varieties of loose tea have carefully been selected to complement the exquisite sweets and savouries that will provide you with an amazing sensory and culinary experience.

Each tea blend evokes the spirit of Asia’s tea tradition paired with distinct flavours from around the world that you will never forget.
